Reporting child-safety concerns
Users can report child-safety concerns to Lovelle through the support/reporting option provided in the app. Reports may also be sent to our designated child-safety contact at lovelle.app@gmail.com.
When reporting a concern, provide enough information for us to identify and review the issue. Do not send or forward suspected CSAM by email. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local law enforcement or the appropriate emergency service.
How we respond
Lovelle reviews child-safety reports and takes appropriate action in accordance with these standards and applicable law. When we obtain actual knowledge of prohibited CSAE or CSAM on our service, actions may include restricting or terminating accounts, removing content we control, preserving information where legally required, and taking other steps necessary to protect users and comply with applicable law.
Legal compliance and reporting
Lovelle is committed to complying with applicable child-safety laws and regulations. Where required by applicable law, confirmed CSAM or related child-exploitation matters may be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the relevant regional or national authority.
Lovelle cooperates with valid legal requests from appropriate authorities in accordance with applicable law.
