Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Lovelle mobile application and related sites (the “Service”). The Service is published at lovelle.app. By creating an account, tapping agree, or using Lovelle, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. 1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum digital consent age in your country if it is higher (for example 16 in parts of the EEA). Lovelle is a private relationship product for two people, not a public social network or dating marketplace.

You are responsible for your login credentials and for activity on your account. Provide accurate information. Do not share your account. Notify us at lovelle.app@gmail.com if you believe someone accessed it without permission.

You may delete your account in Profile → Account & Security → Delete Account. Deletion of one account does not delete the other partner’s independent account.

2. Partner connection

Couple features require both people to connect through the invite flow (code, QR, or link). You must only invite or connect with someone who wants to be connected with you. Either person may disconnect if the product supports unpairing.

You understand that content and sharing you enable (including live location, battery, mood, notes, and memories) can be seen by the connected partner. Widgets on a device can also be seen by anyone who can view that screen.

3. Acceptable use

Use Lovelle respectfully and only share content you have the right to share. You agree not to:

Harass, threaten, stalk, or exploit another person, including a partner or former partner.
Use Couple Map, notifications, or any feature to monitor someone without a genuine, ongoing, mutual relationship and their informed permission.
Upload unlawful, infringing, or non-consensual intimate imagery.
Impersonate others, scrape the Service, reverse engineer it except as allowed by law, or interfere with security or other users.
Misuse invite links, or attempt to access another person’s account or location.
Use Lovelle for emergency response, medical care, child surveillance, or any safety-critical purpose.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that create a safety risk.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you create. You grant Lovelle a limited license to host, store, transmit, and display that content solely to operate the Service for you and your connected partner (including backups, widgets, and notifications you enable).

You represent that you have the rights to the photos, text, and other material you upload. We may remove content that violates these Terms or the law.

5. Location and safety

Lovelle is not an emergency, medical, or safety-critical service. Do not rely on it for urgent communication, live monitoring, or protection. Map delays, battery limits, network issues, and permission changes can all stop updates.

Background location works only if you grant Always / Allow all the time and keep sharing on. You can pause sharing or revoke permission at any time. Turning on location sharing is a serious choice; only share with a partner you trust.

6. Lovelle+ subscriptions

Some features may be offered free and others as paid Lovelle+ access. Prices, trial length, and plan names shown in the app at checkout control the purchase. Available Lovelle+ subscription plans, durations, prices, introductory offers, and trial eligibility are displayed in the app before purchase. Subscriptions are auto-renewing and are billed by Apple or Google, not by Lovelle directly.

Apple App Store auto-renewing subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the cost of the chosen plan. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription where required by Apple’s rules. Privacy Policy: https://lovelle.app/privacy. Google Play. Payment is charged to your Google account. Subscriptions renew until you cancel in Google Play. Manage: Google Play subscriptions.

Restore Purchases is available in the Lovelle+ paywall. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their store policies. RevenueCat is used to check entitlements. Lovelle+ access applies to the Lovelle account associated with the purchase and does not unlock premium access for the connected partner’s account. Availability across devices or platforms depends on the account, storefront, and entitlement status.

Unless we say otherwise, Lovelle+ is licensed for the purchasing Apple ID or Google account. Partner features still require a connected partner; both people may need access depending on the feature.

7. Availability and third parties

The Service depends on Firebase, device permissions, notification delivery, network availability, Google Maps, and app store services. Delivery and sync timing can vary. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features.

Third-party terms apply to Sign in with Apple, Google Sign-In, Apple, Google, Maps, and RevenueCat. We are not responsible for those services.

8. Lovelle intellectual property

The Lovelle name, teddy illustrations, design, and software are owned by the Lovelle publisher or its licensors. These Terms do not give you a right to copy, resell, or build a competing service from our assets except for the limited license to use the app.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that location, notifications, or couple features will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Lovelle and its publishers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, relationship harm, or location inaccuracy. Our total liability for a claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for Lovelle+ in the 12 months before the claim or (b) USD $50, except where a consumer law in your country says this limit cannot apply.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. If you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory rights of your country of residence.

10. Suspension, termination, and law

You may stop using Lovelle at any time and delete your account. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability limits) remain in effect.

We may update these Terms. The new “Last updated” date will appear here. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice when required. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Lovelle operator, excluding conflict-of-law rules, except that mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally through lovelle.app@gmail.com, courts with jurisdiction over the operator or, where required, over you as a consumer, may hear the claim.

If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement for the Service.
